Sealed lead acid battery charger Home

This sealed lead acid battery charger is build around the UC3906 chip. This chip regulates voltage and current during charging in three steps: bulk charge, controlled over-charge and float level.
The device contains 3 leds to indicate the three charge-states, and one blue led for on/off indication. When a discharged battery is disconnected, the led red should lighten up. After a certain amount of time the red led and the amber led together should lighten up, and when the battery is fully charged or when no battery is connected, the green led should lighten up.
